The management conference at Würth Industry Service
At a management conference, we heard a data-based keynote speech by Dr Aurelia Engelsberger on the topic of innovation. What I liked so much about the presentation was the role of people in connection with innovation. Transformation is on everyone’s lips, innovations are diverse, but people are always at the centre of the process. We have to motivate, take our colleagues on the journey with us, not take anything for granted, always question and, above all, approach the topics of innovation and transformation with empathy and openness. Then innovation leadership can become something!’
